Tim Norton
Tim has Masters qualifications in engineering and business administration. He was a founder of information technology services company Oakton Ltd [ASX: OKN] and saw it through a listing on the ASX. Tim has a proven ability to establish and grow a business in a tough business environment. As Managing Director of WINenergy he is focused on delivering operational excellence in our billing services and in our energy procurement processes.
Tom Patsakos
Tom has over thirteen years experience at senior management levels in the Retail Energy market, in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. As the COO of WINenergy, Tom is able to provide customers with meaningful solutions to the inherent problem of energy procurement. Having written a thesis on the deregulation of the Victorian Electricity Industry to complete his MBA (Master of Business Administration) and having worked with Powercor Australia throughout the industry’s privatisation period, he is in a position to offer valuable assistance to customers with his in-depth understanding of the energy market. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Marketing.
Russell Ngwenya-Neil
Russell has charted the emergence of on-selling energy through embedded network, having spent the last five years establishing and implementing on-selling solutions. This led him to be intimately involved at senior management levels in establishing the ability to on-sell electricity in Victoria. He has also guided the development of the processes and systems to meet legislative requirements. A wide range of customers, now enjoying the benefits of on-selling energy through embedded networks, will give testimony to his deep knowledge of the industry.
Attila Marton
Attila Marton is the interface where business systems meet technology. He is an accomplished software engineer who intimately understands customer billing systems in general and meter reading in particular. Attila has a formidable track record in developing robust and re-usable systems. Attila also has qualifications in both engineering and business.
Mussan Lee
Mussan manages the delivery of all WINenergy’s projects. She has wide-ranging experience in the smart building arena where discount aggregated services are offered to tenants. Mussan has a good eye for detail, strong organisational skills and project leadership and a passion for service delivery. Mussan holds a Masters in eBusiness & Communications and a Bachelor of Business majoring in IS, Marketing & Management.
Guru Atmakuru
Guru comes from an energy retail industry background. He is a hand on Customer Relationship Manager who is responsible for both customer acquisition & customer retention. He possesses strong negotiation skills with sound sales acumen. His personal commitment & enthusiasm towards work has always delivered exemplary levels of performance even during tough times. Guru is an alumnus of Masters of Strategic Marketing from University of Wollongong (UoW) & is a qualified engineer. He is an Associate Member of Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). He is also a member of Australian Red Cross Service “Frequent Donor Club”.
